2022-2023 Tuition Schedule
After visiting nearly every preschool in Atlanta, I've concluded that while none are perfect, there are some that are TRULY special, and Primavera Preschool is one of them! It's more than a school; it's a garden, a farm, a forest, a family, a childhood!   {Julia Weidmann, parent}

Organic Lunches

We offer a vegetarian, organic home-style lunch for our students.  The meals are home made healthy lunches including a variety of vegetables, whole grains, and a protein.  We believe in young children experiencing wholesome food as a community. Cooking is embedded into the curriculum with students participating in food prep on a regular basis.  Our students prepare their own lunch once a month in celebration of the various traditions and cultures represented in our school community.   Our students experience the process of cooking from start to finish.  We have a full community garden allowing us to plant vegetables, herbs, and berries for our meals, and a Molina for the children to experience grinding  corn and wheat.

A Day at Primavera

The following is an example of a typical day for the Multi-Age Class.  We organize our schedules in a manner which allows us to share and maximize use of our spaces.  When the Multi-Age class is in the Indoor Classroom the Toddler class is utilizing the Outdoor Classroom and visa-versa.  Because of our family-style environment with high teacher to student ratio and small classroom sizes, we are able to put classes together on many occasions.  During these times, it's a great opportunity for siblings and friends of different ages to play together and celebrate special moments in our home away from home.

Social Emotional

We foster a family atmosphere, teaching our children how to communicate, play, and work with love.  Part of our curriculum is a comprehensive classroom  management program and a social-emotional curriculum.  The idea behind it is to assist children with learning the life skills needed to successfully manage life tasks such as problem solving, forming relationships, communicating effectively, being sensitive to others' needs and getting along with others.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are my enrollment options?

Students can enroll part-time or full-time. Part-time offers a choice of either three or four days per week.  Primavera is accepting children who turn 18 months old by September 1, 2022.  After-care is for children age 18months to 10 years of age.

Does my little one need to be potty trained?
No.  Our teachers will help your little one learn to use the potty whenever you are ready.

What will my child eat at school?
We give our children vegetarian, organic home-style healthy lunches that include vegetables, whole grains and a protein each day.  Our lunches are catered, however our chef collects and uses the produce and herbs we grow in our garden.  We also prepare lunch ourselves on occasion, allowing our children to learn the process and enjoy eating the fruits of their labor! Snacks are provided by parents.

How does Pick-up and Drop-off work?
Our Director monitors morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.  All parents enter/exit through the main gate.  Parents & guardians drop-off & pick-up their students in their designated class space and sign their little one in and out of school each day.  Parents can designate additional adults who are allowed to pick up your child.

I'm ready to enroll, what now?
Our Toddler, Multiage Program and Elementary Aftercare programs are currently are full with a waitlist for the 2021-2022 calendar year.   The online application is available by using the link below.  A one-time, non-refundable $100 application fee can be paid at the completion of the application.  Once the application is reviewed and approved, we will set up a visit and tour with you and your child. After the acceptance notification is received,  families have 2 weeks to submit a deposit (equivalent to one-month tuition) to formally reserve your child's space.  The deposit is held until the end of the school year and applied to May 2023's tuition.  Click the "2022-2023 Enrollment" link to fill out an application!
