Julia Weidmann

Co-Founder & Music Teacher

Julia’s experience in education spans many ages and a variety of programs. In the realm of early childhood education, she has been a wilderness camp counselor, a language instructor and a music teacher. Currently, Julia contributes to the rich learning programs at Primavera Preschool by offering music and movement classes that enhance children's Spanish communication skills while developing competence in music.  In addition to her work at Primavera, Julia directs Lark Languages, a company that offers customized language skills trainings for learners of English and Spanish. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Education from San Francisco State University where she focused her studies on Language Acquisition. She holds a certificate from Musikgarten in early childhood music education.  In addition to her dedication to music and language learning, Julia is passionate about holistic parenting and the environment.  She and her husband Brian have 3 children: Laurel, Quinn and Robin. As a family, they enjoy spending time together in nature, conducting sing-a-longs and hosting gatherings for friends and family.
